Every great quest begins with a meal worth remembering

It began the way most good stories do — with a group of friends who couldn't find a decent burger in Edmond and decided to make one themselves. What started as weekend pop-ups in parking lots quickly grew into something real: a food truck that became a fixture at local events, schools, and neighborhood gatherings.

We named it The Little Knights because food should feel like an adventure, not an obligation. Every meal is an opportunity to make someone's day a little brighter. That's the mission we roll around in.

Today, we serve hundreds of customers every week from our truck parked at 251 E Waterloo Rd and at events all across the Oklahoma City metro. Same recipes. Same attitude. Same promise — nothing frozen, nothing rushed.
